The car did the job and the owner was friendly and accommodating but the car was given with broken glass in the inside. As it rained, we did give the car a little dirtier on the outside that it was when we received it and the owner charged us 25 euros of additional cleaning fees. Given the state of the indoor of the car when we received it, I am very disappointed by this extra charge.

Had sent owner 3 messages and never got a response, made payment in full. Owner cancelled 1 day before my trip leaving me stranded without a car a day before a wedding! Owner claimed he didn’t receive payment. Payment was made and confirmed by GETAROUND. They were unable to find me appropriate alternative. Unacceptable. Won’t use them again
