The opportunity
Are you looking for a part-time position where you can strengthen your customer service skills, contribute to sustainable mobility, and help shape the future of urban living?
Getaround is always looking for motivated and service-minded Customer Support Associates to join our Norwegian team.

What you’ll do
As part of our Customer Support team, you will play a key role in ensuring a great experience for our users in Norway. Your main mission is to help drivers and car owners make the most of Getaround’s platform by providing clear, friendly, and efficient assistance.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Handling more complex cases directly with users and making sound, well-informed decisions.
Sharing user feedback with the wider team to improve our service and product.
Ensuring a consistently high level of quality in every interaction.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who is:
Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
A strong communicator with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
Experienced in customer service — experience is a plus, but not required.
Comfortable using IT systems and quick to learn new tools.
Based in Oslo and holds a driver’s license (class B).
Practical details
Part-time position: typically 1–3 shifts per week, including evenings and weekends.
Additional shifts may be available during holidays or vacation periods.
