Tout le contraire d'un profil 5 etoiles: Il me déclare en grand retard pour 15 MINUTES. Cela me coûte 73% de pénalité par rapport au prix initial... Aucun contrat de location ne prévoit des conditions pareilles!
Et surtout, il ne prends pas en compte son propre retard au démarrage de la location...
Et enfin il attends soigneusement que l'on ait fini de discuter aimablement en fin de location, pour finaliser la transaction dans mon dos et déclarer un retard plus important. A fuir
