I initially booked a Prius, but they switched it to this car instead. The car doesn’t drive well- it’s shaky and lurches, struggles to go uphill, and the check engine light comes on and off. I messaged the owner and he never responded.
His battery was dead at pick up. I called him numerous of times for him to help. I ended up being stranded for hours woth no help at all. Left his car in a safe location and he refused to cancel my rental. He allowed it to go past my time frame and allowed get around to charge me a late fee because he wouldn’t pick up his car in a timely manner. I have every receipt and text message from the owner and I will be reporting him to my bank along with my physical text message.
