I’ve rented this car several times and have always really liked it. Unfortunately, we had a mechanical issue during this rental, but the owner was very responsive, helpful and communicative throughout, and both he and roadside assistance did their best to resolve the situation. The issue has since been fixed, and I’d happily rent the car again.
