When we arrived at the car, it wouldn’t start. Tim was unhelpful and rude. We had to wait for the car to be towed, even though the car didn’t work when we arrived it was somehow our responsibility…
The car was really beat up and worn and then owner acted like there was nothing wrong with it. Tell me ‘it must work’ when it clearly wasn’t working, and then he was like oh well not my problem ‘I’m working’ even though this is his job, he has atleast 20 cars on the platform and yet is still unhelpful and rude.
Getaround refunded us and gave us credit for the experience, but we were still left without a rental. My advice is find another owner than Tim
The car was very smelly. Did not have rubbish but the seats had cigarette burns and were pretty dirty. The driver’s window did not work properly. The AC didn’t work very well. It did strange noises at time like if something was loose somewhere. I’ve rented other car from the same owner and had a better experience! On the other hand the car took us where we had to go. It’s easy to drive!
El coche olía bastante mal. Estaba sucio, no de basura pero los asientos tienen quemaduras. El botón de la ventana del conductor no funciona bien. El AC tampoco funcionaba muy bien. En ciudad hacía ruidos como si algo estuviera flojo.
He alquilado otro coche al mismo dueño que estaba en mejores condiciones
Por otro lado, el coche nos ha llevado donde teníamos que ir! El coche es fácil de conducir.
