1. Limpieza del vehículo
Es responsabilidad del conductor limpiar el interior y el exterior del vehículo antes de su devolución. Esto garantiza un buen estado para el siguiente usuario y evita penalizaciones importantes.

2. Animales a bordo
Los animales están permitidos, siempre que se transporten en una jaula o con una protección adecuada. De lo contrario, se podrán aplicar cargos por limpieza o daños.
3. Uso indebido del vehículo
Nuestros vehículos, incluidos los SUV, no son vehículos 4x4 ni furgonetas.
Está prohibido circular por caminos no asfaltados, senderos, playas, zonas arenosas o utilizar el coche fuera de carretera.
También está prohibido usar el coche para mudanzas, transportar muebles, objetos voluminosos, materiales de obra o residuos.
Toda utilización inadecuada implicará costes de limpieza o reacondicionamiento.
4. Parking y entrada
Está terminantemente prohibido tomar un ticket al entrar al parking.
El vehículo dispone de un abono vinculado a su matrícula.
Tomar un ticket activa una facturación automática a cargo del conductor. Solo se permite si hay un acuerdo previo con el propietario.
5. Nivel de combustible
El nivel de combustible debe ser repuesto al menos al mismo nivel que al inicio del alquiler.

1. Vehicle cleaning
It is the driver's responsibility to clean the vehicle inside and out before returning it. This keeps it in good condition and avoids penalties.

2. Pets onboard
Pets are allowed but must be kept in a crate or with proper interior protection. Otherwise, cleaning or damage fees may apply.
3. Improper use of the vehicle
Our vehicles, including SUVs, are neither 4x4 off-roaders nor vans.
Driving on unpaved roads, trails, beaches, or any off-road areas is strictly forbidden.
The vehicle must not be used for moving furniture, bulky items, building materials, or waste.
Improper use will result in cleaning or restoration charges.
4. Parking entry
Drivers must not take a ticket at the parking entrance.
The vehicle has a subscription linked to its license plate.
Taking a ticket triggers automatic billing to the driver unless expressly authorized by the owner.
5. Fuel level
The fuel must be refilled to at least the same level as when the rental began.
