Expérience très décevante. Près d’une heure perdue pour récupérer le véhicule, avec un service pénible et mal organisé. La restitution a également pris du retard, au point de me faire manquer mon train.
À cela se sont ajoutés après la location plusieurs frais que je considère excessifs, notamment pour le nettoyage et le carburant.
Entre le temps perdu, le manque d’organisation et les frais supplémentaires, l’expérience a été particulièrement désagréable. Je ne recommande pas ce loueur et conseille de tout photographier minutieusement au départ et au retour.
The worst rental i ever had, when i arrived the owner was no where to be found, i called multiple times and he didn't pick, i had my luggages and all in the sun in barcelona, after calling him multiple times i decided to cancel because i had waited an hour already, then he finally called and persuaded me to book again, after i did, he sent his small bro who for some reason didn't want to be there, he then proceded to make me wait about an Hour and 30 minutes before i could get in the vehicule his words were "i have to follow getaround rules" his brother had taken the pictures and went back and left us in the sun and when we had waited to his satisfication, he opened the car from distance and said we could go. It was definetly the worse rental experience one could experience, in total, i had waited 3 hours to get the car. 3 hours of which he wasn't picking my calls
You booked the car for 1:30 PM. When I was already there, you messaged me saying that you would arrive around 2:30 PM. However, you ultimately arrived at 4:00 PM, which caused a significant delay and completely disrupted my schedule, as I had set aside that time specifically for you.
On top of that, you later canceled the reservation and made a new one, then wanted to take the car without completing the required inspection. Fortunately, I did not proceed that way, because when the car was returned, it had a significant impact, apparently from hitting another vehicle or an unidentified object. When I asked what had happened, you said you didn’t know.
Considering the extent of the damage, it is difficult to understand how you could not have noticed the impact. All of our conversations and messages are documented in the platform’s chat and can be reviewed as a reference.
