This car is parked in an underground garage and was parked all the way in the back away form the entrance. There was literally no Cell service. The owner didn't tell me what spot it was in so I just had to walk the entire floor of the parking garage searching for a car ive never driven. I wasted 1.5 hours of my paid rental getting this car to unlock and lock back. I had full service at times too and the car still wouldn't unlock. I walked around the garage multiple places looking for better service. I literally couldn't not use this car for 45 minutes when "starting" the rental and 45 minutes trying to get the car to end the rental and lock back. I will never use this car again Because of this. The car is good, but literally this entire process with it deep in the garage is ridicukous. This was a terrible experience and the owner should not park here.
