Propietario amable, pero la experiencia de devolución fue decepcionante.
Le habíamos avisado de que probablemente devolveríamos el coche antes de la hora prevista. Nos dijo que no había problema y que simplemente le enviáramos un mensaje con la hora para venir a recoger las llaves.
Le avisamos de que estaríamos sobre las 21:30. Sin embargo, a esa hora no había nadie y tuvimos que esperar más de una hora. Esta espera no estaba prevista, sobre todo porque inicialmente no se trataba de una entrega de llaves en mano.
Además, nos cobraron 10 € de limpieza por un poco de suciedad cerca del freno de mano, apenas visible en las fotos. Teniendo en cuenta el tiempo que perdimos esperando la devolución, considero que este gesto no tiene absolutamente nada de comercial. No volveré a alquilar con este propietario.
