La communication n’a pas été très fluide le jour du départ et de l’arrivée. Il a été compliqué de trouver la voiture et, pour le retour, j’ai dû payer un retard alors que j’avais demandé la veille à quelle heure je devais rendre la voiture (sans réponse).
J’ai également récupéré la voiture avec des voyants d’alerte indiquant des pneus dégonflés : j’ai dû regonfler les quatre pneus avant de pouvoir voyager. Pas un mot d’excuse ni de geste commercial.
Sinon, la voiture est confortable et pratique.
