Die Anmietung, Nutzung und Abgabe hat wie erhofft funktioniert, von daher keine Beschwerden hier. Allerdings scheint das Kabel, was man zum Laden nutzen kann (dasselbe, welches sich bei Abholung des Autos daran befindet), defekt zu sein, sodass wir bei Ladesäulen, die kein integriertes Kabel haben, höchstens mit 7KW laden konnten statt wie normal mit ca. 25KW.
Außerdem warte ich seit Tagen auf eine Antwort hier im Chat zu Informationen, wann ich meine Kaution zurück kriege und wie die Handhabung mit Rechnungen bzgl. Maut und Fähre funktioniert.
