The outside of the car was very dirty (bird poop and dirt all around the roof, windows and the side) and there was no washing spray available to clean the windows.
Es sind Kleinigkeiten die ich mir bei einem Mietwagen etwas anders wünsche. Anfangs hatte ich Probleme mit einer lauten Fehler-Alarm-Meldung während der Fahrt.Vrsl. war es nur das mein Rucksack auf dem Beifahrersitz gestanden hatte. Das Problem: Es gab keine Fehleranzeige woran es lag, dafür die Meldung das die Batterie fast leer ist, was mich sehr irritiert hatte weil ich am nächsten Tag eine etwa 90min Autobahn Fahrt machen wollte.
Auf meine Nachricht hat der Vermieter sehr schnell reagiert und konnte das klären. Meine Autofahrt hat dann ohne Probleme funktioniert.
Das Auto wird natürlich oft genutzt und wenn die Matten etwas dreckig sind stört mich das auch nicht weiter. Aber ich wünsche mir verständliche Fehlermeldungen. Ebenso das regelmäßig Scheibenreiniger nachgefüllt wird und eine Batterie keine Fehleranzeige rausgibt.
Kurzfazit: Auto funktioniert, Vermieter meldet sich fix. Allgemeiner Zustand des Autos verbesserungswürdig.
