Range of the car is on paper 190km but in reality give you between 100-130km. Charging is between 15-30 min depending on how much you need.

Pour le reste c'est de ma faute je n aurai jamais imaginé que l autonomie d une voiture électrique pouvait être entre 70 et 100km maxi à condition d avoir le pied très leger.. à savoir 60 km/h dans les côtes et tout le temps surveiller le compteur pour ne pas consommer de trop.. j avoue que c'est un stress permanent : dès que vous prenez la route il faut repérer une station à 50 km car il ne faut pas attendre le dernier moment... 1/2 heure d arret tous les 70 km, ça rallonge quand même beaucoup les temps de route...
Alors effectivement elle n est pas chère mais bon comparativement au tarifs du reste de l Europe ça reste quand une belle somme et ça vous gâche quand même bien les vacances !
Conclusion, je trouve que get around pourrait être un peu plus sélectif dans ses choix de voiture.
I am sorry that you had a stressful rental and maybe this type of car is not suitable for you. Electric cars from 2015/16 and earlier did not have the longest range. The car follow every guideline that is required to be on Getaround.
Since your travelplan was not clear, it is hard for me to manage expectations. The range is commented in the description of the car and I would have been more than helpful in advance of the rental to suggest different options if needed.
I take great learning from this and will try to be clearer in the future.
Morten was amazing! He was incredibly helpful, communicated quickly and clear, was flexible on timing and offered to help us out should we have had any problems during our trip. We had the car for 10 days, drove from Bergen all the way up to Ålesund. The car was great, in some parts of the country it was helpful that it was rather small. Charging is needed fairly often, especially when going up mountains, so planning the route and the charging accordingly is highly recommended. Overall the experience was an easy 5/5 and we recommend Morten to everyone!
