We kindly ask that the car is treated with care and returned in the same condition as it was received. Please inform Getaround and us if anything occurs during the rental. We aim for a safe and smooth experience for both parties.
The renter must handle the car responsibly and follow all applicable traffic regulations. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as at pickup, both inside and out. Smoking and transporting animals are not allowed without prior approval.
The car should be returned with the same fuel/battery level as at pickup. Any tolls, fines, or fees incurred during the rental will be charged to the renter through Getaround afterwords.
Any damage, faults, or irregularities must be reported immediately.
