Overall, I am very satisfied with the rental experience. The car was in good condition, the pick-up and return instructions were clear, charging and payment were convenient, and all charges were clearly explained and transparent.
I only have two small suggestions for improvement:
1. The cleanliness of the vehicle at pick-up did not fully meet my expectations.
2. The Tesla acceleration mode was locked and could not be changed to Standard. I understand this may be a safety consideration, especially for drivers who are not used to electric vehicles, but as a long-time Tesla driver, I would have preferred the option to use Standard acceleration mode.
Other than these points, it was a very smooth and pleasant rental experience.

Regarding the cleanliness of the vehicle, please note that all of our vehicles are thoroughly washed and cleaned before each rental. Nevertheless, we appreciate your comments and will continue to pay close attention to this aspect.
We also understand your opinion regarding the acceleration setting. However, Tesla vehicles deliver very high torque and performance, and we keep the acceleration mode restricted as a precautionary measure to help reduce the risk of traffic violations and serious accidents. This policy is applied consistently for the safety of all drivers and to help protect the vehicle.

Fantastic host and a perfect car! The host was incredibly helpful, communicative, and made the whole rental process stress-free. The car was spotless and extremely spacious – it was absolutely perfect for traveling with a baby, easily fitting our stroller and all our luggage. Highly recommend!
Nice and neat car although if you don't have experience with a Tesla it will be difficult to even find how to get the car to go, since it doesn't have a stick or physical controller (The Automatic gear is a "slider" on the top left corner of the screen, after you step on the brakes). The suspension is a bit stiff for my taste and the car itself is not so intuitively easy to drive or figure out where things are (e.g. Wipers, oer even how to open/close the car or the plug hatch) but the owner answers pretty quickly. I did mainly short trips so it's hard to tell on the power economy, but probably about average. Not really super satisfied with Tesla, although it was fun to see the "radar" function, but can also be a bit distracting. In any case, good price and quality compared to what you can get in regular car rentals.
