If you need any assistance before, during, or after your trip, please use the Getaround mobile app, click on the menu button (top left corner), and from there, go to “Help” and then “Contact Getaround.”
- You will find the key located in middle arm rest. Please do not forget to return it there at the end of your trip.
- We kindly ask that you treat the car gently and return it (1) CLEANED and (2) REFUELED. We want to keep sharing our car with our community, and your care will enable future guests to enjoy their rides. Guests that return the car unclean and/or without full fuel, will be blocked from any future rentals.
- VERY IMPORTANT - FOR ADDED SAFETY, THE CAR ONLY STARTS WHEN UNLOCKED VIA THE GETAROUND MOBILE APP.

The car was great! I had no issues at all and the owner was very helpful!
The car was filthy had blunts guts all over the car . The transmission is slipping and it has a loud knocking noise the AC didn’t work. I could not pick up passengers in that car. Very disappointed and it needs to be taken off platform
