The owner changed the vehicle minutes before my rental start time. The car had a lot of damage to the body. Holes in the bumper, dents in the doors and etc. The interior of the vehicle had burns in the seats. To make matters worse the car key did not work for the car door. I was locked out of the vehicle several times during the rental agreement. I could not reach the owner and had to ask customer service to assist me. This car should not be eligible to rent.
Support was very quick and made the process easier if I had any concerns.
Car was dirty there was damage on body & it smelled like cigarettes
