Rented this vehicle for a few days , picked up car it was dirty has a exhaust smell coming from engine turn off for no reason , exp tags , car had a ugly smell in it , no radio , and no navigation system .. was not pleased with this rental ..
The key was not in the car and it was not able to be driven. The owner offered no solution other than to contact support. Ironically, without having a key, you can’t start the rental which means support won’t bother to talk to you because you don’t have an active rental going.
Renting and getting the car was pretty easy pretty self-explanatory on the directions of how to do it but then when I got to the car it was filthy dirty it stunk like cigarettes and I was totally embarrassed to drive it I had to pick people up from the airport so and that being said it was very poorly kept it needed to be clean I suggest that maybe the owners could do that next time before they rent their car out and expect it to be nice sir than it was
