Drove all the way out to West Houston about 30 miles only to find that the owner have left in the car and not told anyone and so the vehicle was nowhere to be found. Had to call get around they were unable to reach them finally had to cancel and leave. I don’t suggest you book this car if you have to drive very far unless you don’t mind wasting your time going there to look for a car that may or may not be there, depending on if the owner wants to use it even if you’ve already booked it…
Why is the rental showing available and it’s not?? This is Ridiculous that you canceled my reservation😒 take your off here!
I reserved , paid and they cancelled my rental. I am getting out of one rental to head to the next and she cancelled that. It’s making it extremely challenging since I have to wait days to get my refund. Inconveniencing the rest of my weekend
