This is the worst rental experience I had on getaround
1. The car has a different license plate as listed on the app to begin with.
2. The exterior is more worn than in the pictures, especially the right front side. It may have gone through an accident and was not been carefully repaired.
3. After the rental period is over, even if we return the car with no damage. The car owner submitted an accident claim which is not even true. He's rude when we try to show photos and video evidence
