Made a mistake on the time slot and the owner was unwilling to work with us on the issue and we were charged over 350 euros for a less than 24 hour rental.
Bonjour, comme expliqué, un retour tardif (très important dans votre cas) peut arriver. En revanche, ce retard, en pleine nuit qui plus est, aurait pu être nuisible puisqu’un autre utilisateurs aurait pu être susceptible d’attendre le véhicule. Notre programme de location de véhicule en libre service promet une autonomie et un tarif extra, dans la mesure où tout le monde y met du sien pour faire de ce projet une réussite.
Personnellement, je vous ai mis une note de 5 étoiles 😉
