Stressant malheureusement; je suis prévenu 30min avant le début de la réservation qu'il y aura 30 min de retard sur le retrait de la voiture. Pas de contact possible par téléphone. Je suis ensuite la position gps de la voiture qui ne bouge pas pendant 30min; je me rend au lieu de pick-up pour qu'on m'indique ensuite qu'elle a été déposée à la gare d'où je venais. Ca part d'une bonne attention mais la communication et l'organisation ne sont pas bonnes... Problème technique à la fin de la location également où il a fallu 4 tentatives pour fermer la voiture en bluetooth; alors que j'étais en retard, ce qui a failli me faire louper mon train. Bref ça devait être simple et ça ne l'a pas été
