Unfriendly owner
I had a highly frustrating experience with this rental because the vehicle description was inaccurate, as there was no media equipment inside as promised. Additionally, I took the time to clean the car thoroughly before returning it, but the owner still penalized me with a 10-euro "interior mess" fee anyway.
