I would have appreciated more communication from the car owner before the rental, especially when I asked questions. It was quite stressful for us not having confirmation about whether we would be able to pick up the car during the night.
That said, everything fortunately went smoothly in the end. The car was in excellent condition — clean, reliable, and exactly as expected. Both the pick-up and return process were very easy and well organized. I also appreciated receiving a few euros back for the extra fuel, since we returned the car with a fuller tank than when we picked it up.
