Je souhaite vous signaler un point d'attention concernant le fonctionnement de l'application pour la récupération des véhicules.
Celle-ci dépend entièrement de la localisation et du réseau mobile du smartphone. Or, nous avons constaté qu'au 2e sous-sol, seul le réseau Orange fonctionne correctement. Étant chez SFR, il m'a été impossible d'utiliser l'application, et c'est uniquement grâce au réseau Orange de ma conjointe que nous avons pu récupérer le véhicule.
Si une personne seule ou disposant d'un autre opérateur se retrouve dans cette situation, le véhicule reste totalement inaccessible. Serait-il possible de prévoir une alternative hors-ligne ou une solution de connexion au sous-sol ?

Voiture pas très puissante, un peu de mal dans les montées. À part ça, aucun problème. Parking pratique, les instructions étaient claires. Merci.
