The manual in the App could be much better, I have to read the instructions many times and some information is missing. The car was parked somewhere else (outside), and we got to know this after seeing each car in the parking place. The owner was very helpful so after I contacted them, this was solved very fast. The pictures in the app are just examples, the car can be parked anywhere…
A FUIR propriétaire le plu mal honnête de l'histoire !! Au moment de rendre la voiture nous trouvions aucune place zenpark disponible et ça le propriétaire le sais bien qu'il ya plus de voiture que de place zenpark disponible j'ai donc appeler getaround qui me proposer de garer la voiture a 400m maximum du parking et dans une place gratuite; après 40 minutes a tournée et chercher une place gratuite a moins de 400m nous finissons par trouver une place a moins de 300m ET une place gratuite. On inscrit l'adresse la ou on a laissée la voiture dans l'application. Deux jour après le proprio nous réclame 50€ car voiture non garer a sa place, le CULOT !! Et Getaround a accepté et mon prélever les 50€ on est chez les fou !! Évidemment j'ai fait une réclamation mais c'est au point mort aucune avancée. Je vais devoir faire un signalement a SignalConfort. Le proprio est vraiment très INJUSTE. JE RECOMMANDE PAS
