Voiture rendu en avance cause d’un imprévu et le propriétaire n’a pas fait de geste de remboursement
La voiture correspond dans l'ensemble à toutes les attentes, la récupération et le dépôt sont faciles ; néanmoins, gros point négatif s'agissant de la communication avec le loueur. En effet, j'ai essayé de le contacter à plusieurs reprises et je n'ai jamais eu de réponse (y compris pour des questions de sécurité du véhicule). L'ensemble des messages envoyés sont automatiques, ce qui est quand même dommage s'agissant d'une location assez onéreuse....
