Ich möchte meine sehr negative Erfahrung mit diesem Mietwagen teilen. In letzter Minute wurde uns ein anderes Fahrzeug als im Vertrag vereinbart zur Verfügung gestellt.
Das Auto war bei der Übergabe sehr schmutzig und zunächst nicht fahrbereit. Wir konnten den Parkplatz nicht verlassen, da die Bremsen blockiert waren, und mussten den Besitzer rufen, um das Problem zu lösen.
Zusätzlich wies das Fahrzeug mehrere Mängel auf: verrostete Teile (unter anderem am Tankeinfüllstutzen), sowie eine herunterfallende Fahrerscheibe, was das Fahren erheblich erschwerte.
Meiner Meinung nach sollte dieses Fahrzeug (VW up) nicht zur Vermietung zugelassen sein. Trotz winterlicher Bedingungen war das Auto zudem nicht mit Spikereifen ausgestattet, was ein erhebliches Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt.
Ich kann dieses Angebot leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
