Bilen leveres nyvasket innvendig og utvendig, samme gjelder ved tilbakelevering, hvis bilen leveres skitten tilbake tilkommer det et vaskegebyr. Den skal ikke vaskes utvendig manuelt men i en godkjent vaskehall. Personlige eiendeler som ligger igjen etter endt leieforhold blir kastet med mindre det er noe av stor verdi.
