The car is new it was convenient to pick it up but I didn’t have much of a selection for time so I had to keep calling back to customer service so they can call the host to see if they can allow rental time for me to use. and I was a half an hour late because of traffic and I wanted to extend but couldn’t on my own and I almost got charged $50 ..I think this might be because they are new at get around but I would definitely rent the car again if there is more renting time
Great car and hosts. The car is very great on fuel. I was able to make my trip and back on a full tank. Will always rent from these hosts if the car is available and I need it
