Voiture sale à l'intérieur et très sale à l'extérieur plus carrosserie abîmée.
Voiture sale à l extérieur comme à l intérieur,j ai été facturé 42 euro en plus pour soit disant des km non parcourus, 100 euro au total pour faire Nice st tropez aller retour avec un vieux modèle de clio boîte manuelle….. du jamais vu !!!! Expérience épouvantable.

Nous sommes désolés que la propreté du véhicule, à l’extérieur comme à l’intérieur, n’ait pas été satisfaisante lors de votre prise en charge. Nous allons vérifier ce point et prendre les mesures nécessaires afin que cela ne se reproduise pas.
Concernant les 42 € facturés, ils correspondent aux kilomètres parcourus au-delà du forfait inclus dans votre réservation, d’après les relevés kilométriques de départ et de retour.
Enfin, il ne s’agissait pas d’un ancien modèle : le véhicule mis à votre disposition est une Clio immatriculée en décembre 2025, qui affichait seulement 7 316 km au début de votre location.
