This car has no key. The driver door lock is off. I tried to contact owner no answer. Also the car is dirty inside and outside. Someone then started the rental and now I have to wait to receive a refund and now I can’t rent another car, because that was all my money.

I was not provided an exact address to where the vehicle was so I ended up at the wrong location and had to call another Uber to take me to the right place that I had to look up on my own using Google maps. The owner was not accessible at all, it's been 5 hours and still they have not reached back to me. The vehicle was dirty inside. The car itself was damaged and has dents everywhere. I was sort of nervous to drive it concerned that I would be changed for damages that I did not do. Not good
