Instruksjonen var tydelig. Bilen er ren innvendig, men har mye fugleskitt utvendig. Bensintanken var under 90% full, og den automatisk genererte kompensasjonen var for liten i forhold til hva vi faktisk har betalt for den manglende bensinen. Jeg skrev til eieren og spurte om han kunne kompensere for gapet, men har ikke fått svar.
