Kunne ikke bruke bilen pga. dårlig kontakt på batteri. Treg respons fra utleier. Måtte møte Viking selv siden at jeg ikke fikk avsluttet leieforhold fordi at fjernstyring fra Getaround krever strøm fra batteriet slik at jeg satt fast med nøkkelen til bilen. Dårlig (ikke) løst av kundesupport så jeg endte opp med å leie bil fra en annen tjeneste.
Bilen ble tatt til verksted av Viking så regner med at feilen er utbedret nå. Uansett mangelfullt håndtert av hovedsakelig Getaround, men at MP Bilutleie var utilgjengelig på telefon og melding i appen gjorde min situasjon vanskeligere.
