This rental was an excellent fit for our family of 6 camping trip around Norway. The price was good, owner helpful and great communication, and roof box space a bonus.
I have to rate 4/5 stars since it broke down (burst radiator pipe) and as a simple part could not be replaced quickly, we lost valuable time and later had a drive many extra hours to retrieve it later. We do not blame the owners for this as they could not have prevented.
Please note, the van owners and Getaround insurance providers were EXCELLENT in organising a tow to a mechanic, organising a suitable replacement rental van and communicating throughout. We stress it was a simple mechanical issue, and we have every confidence recommending this van to future travellers. We would do the same ourselves.
