Dès le premier jour de location, la voiture est tombée en panne. L'assistance a été très réactive et au bout de 24h, elle était réparée.
En revanche, j'ai vu dans les commentaires que la voiture était également en panne un mois auparavant et le garagiste qui s'est chargé de ma réparation m'a informé que ce n'était pas réparé comme il faut auparavant.
J'ai alors perdu un jour de location (sur 4) pendant lequel je suis restée sans véhicule.
Je choisirai un véhicule plus récent dorénavant...
Very friendly owner. The car was a wreck unfortunately and we ended up on the side of the road. No brakes, no headlight, malfunctioning motor, no gears suddenly worked. Awaiting refund from Getaround/ owner, no reply so far in our case.
