The car was fine, but the overall experience was disappointing. The car was delivered 20 minutes late. When returning it, the owner was aggressive and threatened to report us because we didn’t park exactly where she wanted—without giving clear instructions or considering that we’re not familiar with local parking color codes. There was no dedicated parking spot, and we had to walk a long way to return the keys. Instructions for drop-off were unclear. Unprofessional behavior overall.
