Kevin est super ! Il est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport le jour de notre arrivée pourtant notre vol avait beaucoup de retard, il est arrangeant et super sympa. La voiture est vraiment bien, nous avons apprécié sa propreté et sa fiabilité. Je recommande sans problème.
The car itself was fine and met our expectations. However, we were very disappointed by the owner’s unacceptable attitude.
On the morning of our departure (at 4am), he forced us to come pick him up at his home, adding a 20-minute detour, despite previously assuring us when booking the car that meeting at the airport at that time would not be an issue.
Additionally, his attitude regarding the car’s condition changed significantly: at pickup, he told us that small existing scratches were not relevant and should not be declared, but at return he spent several minutes inspecting every detail and even reported several small damages which were already there when we got the car, as can be seen in the photos...
This inconsistency is frustrating and very unfair.
