For the sake of peace and harmony, I’d stay away from the owner all together. The lack of professionalism and inability to solve problems, finding mutually beneficial solutions, along with incomprehensible failure to respect drivers safety demanding immediate responses, ignoring customers basic needs, acting in uncivilized manner, highly skillful in using harassing mode of communication, insulting guest with threats in various degrees, profane intimidation.
