You'll find the key located in the UPPER DRIVER SIDE VISOR. Please return it there at the end of your trip.
My car is not set up for automated charged toll crossing. Therefore, any tolls you cross, you will be charged for.
GOLDEN RULE
Getaround policy states that you must return the car as clean as it was delivered. We like to think of this as the "GOLDEN rule" - leave the car as GOLDEN as you found it, so the next person doesn't have to see any trash in the car.
This doesn't mean you need to return the car spotless! Most of our guests are just taking the time to use a vacuum to tidy up any dust, dirt, or debris left inside. While our primary concern is with messes on the inside, excessive dirt on the outside will need to be taken care of with a quick gas station or self-serve wash.
NO PET, NO SMOKING OR VAPING
No smoking or pets are allowed in the vehicles. (Other guests might be allergic). No tobacco, marijuana, liquid, etc smoking or vaping in the vehicle. Violators will be pursued for up to the full extent of Getaround's smoking fine. For the enjoyment of everyone, we are forced to utilize professional ozone decontamination when this occurs.
REFILL THE GAS
Gas refilled back to the same level as you picked up. Suppose you are in a hurry and do not refill the gas. We will charge a pro-rata amount of gas cost. No hard feelings. So gas might not be full when you pick up. Just remember to document the gas level.
