Can't speak to availability of owner actually because don't even know where contact is in app. Overall, went well, car extant and in decent condition; windshield wipers might need changing soon. It would be useful to have where the keys are noted somewhere, it took me a few minutes to find the lockbox, and it would be cool of the app to explain that the insurance charge is also per hour: it was my first time renting with getaround and I hadn't realized that when I needed to extend my rental.
