There was nothing wrong with the car it was perfect. The issue was when o tried to extend the rental the app would not allow me to do so. I called customer service and they said they would handle the extension but they did not and they ended up disabling the car and charging me for late fees, gas because I could no longer drive the car plus additional mileage The app is terrible, customer support is terrible and the car is disabled and still at my home
