Our ferry arrived at a later time than we had set the initial time for, and there were difficulties with the owner adjusting the pickup time because he had plans. During our stay the car served its purpose well and worked great for our large group. When we were giving the car back, we offered to pick him up at his house and take him to the airport with us so he didn’t have to find his own way there. He agreed but seemed completely unappreciative of that gesture and first thing just complained that the car had debris on the floor. We would’ve happily cleaned the car if that was communicated to us that we needed to (even though the car was still reasonably clean, just some dirt on the floor mats). He charged us 700 krone afterwards for a cleaning fee. Overall our experience with the owner wasn’t the best, but the car was great
