- Smoking & Pets: To keep the car fresh for everyone, please no smoking or pets inside.
- Cleaning: We kindly ask that you return the car clean inside and out. You can use the self-service wash at BilXtra Langnes (pressure or automatic wash only, no brushes).
- Fuel: Please return with the same fuel level (95 unleaded).
- Return: The car must be returned to the P7 airport parking. Keys must be securely locked back in the lockbox.

Very disappointing experience. The car had low tyre pressure, faulty heating and summer tyres despite snowfall in Tromsø. I even skidded on the road!
After returning the car with a full tank and freshly washed, the owner demanded €25 for supposedly missing fuel. Getaround rejected her claim after reviewing my photos.
Almost 24 hours later, she charged me €30 for cleaning! Very suspicious timing, especially after her first claim failed. Thankfully, Getaround agreed with me again and refunded the money.
Two unjustified charges, both disputed successfully. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour! Future renters, take photos and keep your receipts. I would never trust this owner again.
100% false review!
Tyres & heater: When snow hit Tromsø, I proactively invited Manon and fitted brand-new winter tyres for her in 20 mins! Tyre pressure and heating work 100% fine.
Fuel: At the exact same mileage (58,304 km), her "full" tank took 9L (258 NOK) of fuel. Getaround reviewed my proof and paid me the 258 NOK compensation!
Cleaning: Returned with grease on the console, trash under the seat, and dirt under the mats.

La location s'est très bien passé. La voiture est fiable, peu de kilomètres au compteur. Il y a un porte téléphone et un câble usb qui m'a permis de me guider avec mon téléphone et de le recharger. Très pratique. La seule chose qui m'a un peu perturbé c'est d'avoir eu à laver et aspirer la voiture avant de la rendre, elle n'était pas très sale mais pas nickel non plus. Habituellement je rend les voitures sans y faire le ménage mais peut-être qu'avec getaround maintenant il faut le soit même... Ça fait longtemps que je n'étais pas passée par l'application peut-être que maintenant ça n'est plus inclus (je parle d'un nettoyage avec usage normal).
Unfortunatly we lost a day because of a flat tire, and the owner charged us a 30€ on top of the rent for cleaning. A gesture would have been nice, at least to compensate the fact that I went to change the tires I did all the work and on top of that I lost my day of vacation.
