Propietario puntual y atento cuando tube alguna duda. Buena comunicación. El vehículo funciona muy bien sin problemas. Me cambió los settings del la pantalla y me las puso en mi idioma para entender mejor el vehículo, cosa que me facilitó mucho el tiempo que lo tuvimos alquilado. Los neumáticos estaban en muy buen estado, para personas como nosotros que no conducimos con carreteras heladas es una garantía. Muy contento de haber escogido este coche y de su propietaria.
The owner has announced ski rack with the car. On the pickup I realized that it means only the opening on the middle of back seat, which was useless for us because we need all 5 seats in the car.
The owner provided charger with the car which didn't work. Because of that we needed to drive extra to fast charger and change our plans.
Otherwise the communication with the owner was friendly and car was great to drive.
