I am experienced at Getaround. it is important to me that you as a tenant should have a simple and flexible experience. The car can be collected centrally in the city centre, but I am also flexible to offer hire from other central collection points.
Owner rules
We try to keep the car clean both inside and out, so that both renters and we can have a good experience. We appreciate, and expect, that the car is returned in more or less the same condition in terms of cleanliness.
For exterior surfaces, a car wash or high-pressure washer is used in a car wash facility.
If the car is returned in worse condition than it was when it was picked up, this will be clearly indicated and fees for missing wash will be incurred.
Smoking is NOT allowed. Smoking will be reported to Getaround, and fees for removing odors will be charged to the renter.
Vi prøver å holde bilen ren både innvendig og utvendig, slik at både leietakere og vi får en god opplevelse. Vi setter pris på – og forventer – at bilen leveres tilbake i omtrent samme stand når det gjelder renhold.
For utvendig vask skal bilvask eller høytrykksspyler benyttes på egnet vaskeanlegg.
Dersom bilen leveres tilbake i dårligere stand enn ved henting, vil dette bli tydelig dokumentert, og gebyr for manglende vask kan påløpe.
Røyking i bilen er IKKE tillatt. Eventuell røyking vil bli rapportert til Getaround, og kostnader for fjerning av lukt vil bli belastet leietaker.
