The car was perfectly clean, very good value for money and comfortable to drive, with a lot of space for 4 people and big backpacks.
The low rating is because we had a bad puncture due to extremely worn (and old) tyres. The damage was hidden and impossible to notice during the inspection at the start of the rental, so we ended up in a potentially very risky situation.
Of course, this was not intentional from the car owners, who immediately offered their help with the refund process. However, I consider the safety risk important enough to be clearly reported.
We are sorry for the incident and we are glad that everything went good. After the rental we brought the car to the mechanic to service it and check that everything was in good condition so this does not happen again.
