Do not drive this car at night. After 2 hours late delivery, we got the «offer» to cancel on the same day «with no fee». Lucky us. Finding a replacement would have been too expensive, so we chose to wait.
It led to us driving at night, with uncomfortably weak headlights. The far lights are essentially useless.
Owners note for parking location is wrong, there is no «Sameiet Østre Berg», its Søndre Berg like the posting says.
Otherwise the car is fine.
The car has standard headlights and they work as expected; this has not been something previous renters have complained about.
Regarding the location: the correct name is Sameiet Østre Berg, but on Google Maps it appears as Sameiet Søndre Berg, it is recommended to use the location stated in the post.
When the car was not ready at the original pickup time, I offered two options: either a free cancellation or picking up the car later. I was told that picking it up around 16:30 would work, and at that point I also offered to drop the car off at a preferred location to make up for the delay - which was done.
Since the trip started about 1.5 hours later, it would still have been dark while driving. You also mentioned there was a snowstorm, and in those conditions it can help to use fog lights together with low beams, as high beams can sometimes make visibility worse.
From my perspective, the tone of the conversation changed when I couldn't offer return at different location.
