Juan is ontzettend vriendelijk en neemt de tijd om je op weg te helpen met deze leuke auto. Hij spreekt enorm goed Engels en helpt je als je vragen hebt of iets onduidelijk is. Zijn reacties op berichten waren ook altijd heel netjes en vriendelijk. Als wij nog een keer terug komen in Valencia benaderen wij hem graag weer, want wij hebben genoten van deze auto en hem als verhuurder!
